Is Gaga a bad boss?  One of her former employees is claiming she is, and has filed a huge lawsuit!

A former personal assistant to Lady Gaga is suing the pop star, claiming she’s owed hundreds of thousands of dollars in back pay, The New York Post reported Sunday.

Jennifer O’Neill, of Long Island, New York, was paid $75,000 a year to be at the beck and call of the world’s highest-grossing pop star. But in a lawsuit filed against Gaga’s Mermaid Touring Company in New York’s U.S. District Court last week, O’Neill says she’s still owed $380,000 for 7,168 hours of overtime that was never paid.

She’s also seeking other unspecified damages.

In the suit, O’Neill alleges she was required to be available to Gaga at all hours of the day and night during the singer’s blockbuster 2010 Monster Ball world tour. Gaga was allegedly so demanding, her assistant often had no time to eat or sleep.

O’Neill says her job included “ensuring the promptness of a towel following a shower and serving as a personal alarm clock to keep [Gaga] on schedule.”

She claims she had to cater to Gaga in “stadiums, private jets, fine hotel suites, yachts, ferries, trains and tour buses.”

Gaga, recently voted the Associated Press’ Entertainer of the Year, and her odd demands of employees were the subjects of the 2010 book Poker Face: The Rise and Rise of Lady Gaga.

In the tome, another former personal assistant to Gaga — Angela Ciemny — reveals that she was required to frequently sleep with the songstress. The “Born This Way” hitmaker also required that they do their makeup together.

The girls sometimes even showered at the same time.

The singer also required a bizarre array of food, drinks, decorations and accessories in her dressing room, according to a contract obtained from her Monster Ball tour.

A spokeswoman for Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, calls O’Neill’s lawsuit “completely without merit.”
